Who We Are
At Debts in a Row, LLC, we believe that financial freedom isn't just about numbers—it's about healing, empowerment, and possibility. It’s about restoring confidence in your personal credit, bringing order to your business finances, and creating systems that allow you to move forward with clarity.
We’re here for the people who’ve been told “no,” overlooked by the system, or burdened by mistakes they no longer want to carry. We’re here for the comeback stories—the ones that start with a decision to try again.
This business was born from lived experience, not a textbook. We understand how debt, poor credit, disorganized books, or payroll stress can weigh on your confidence and affect every part of your life—from the homes you can’t yet buy to the stability of the business you’re working hard to build. That’s why we’re not here to judge. We’re here to restore.
💡 Our Mission
To educate, support, and advocate for individuals and small business owners who are ready to take control of their credit, organize their finances, and build a stronger financial future—no matter where they’re starting from.
We know credit repair can be intimidating, bookkeeping can feel overwhelming, and payroll mistakes can be costly. That’s not what we do here. At Debts in a Row, we provide honest, hands-on credit repair, bookkeeping, and payroll services rooted in integrity, transparency, and a belief in second chances.
Our work is grounded in real communication and real relationships—not flashy ads, confusing reports, or false guarantees.
💛 Our Values
Faith & Integrity – We lead with Christ-like compassion and truth. We treat every client with dignity and honesty, whether we’re reviewing your credit report, reconciling your books, or processing payroll.
Empowerment Through Education – Credit repair is a tool. Clean books are clarity. Accurate payroll is confidence. Knowledge is freedom. Our clients leave smarter, stronger, and more financially aware.
Progress Over Perfection – Rebuilding credit, cleaning up books, and implementing financial systems takes time. We celebrate every small win because it moves you closer to your goal.
People Over Profit – This isn’t a cash grab. It’s a calling. We care more about your long-term stability than quick transactions.
No Shame, Just Solutions – Your past doesn’t define you. Neither do bookkeeping mistakes or payroll stress. We meet you with empathy and a plan.

Meet Heather
Heather founded Debts in a Row, LLC with a clear mission: to help others work through credit repair just as she once did herself. What began as a personal journey to rebuild and strengthen her own financial foundation became a calling to guide others through the same process with confidence and clarity.
As a full-time property manager, realtor, and devoted mom, Heather understands firsthand how important financial stability is — not just for today, but for building long-term opportunity. Her experience in real estate and property management gives her unique insight into how credit impacts housing, lending, and financial access.
Heather knows what it feels like to face financial challenges and push forward anyway. That perspective fuels her passion for helping clients overcome obstacles, understand their credit, and position themselves for approval — whether for a home, vehicle, or new beginning.
She built Debts in a Row to be more than a service — it’s a support system designed to help people reclaim control and move forward with confidence.
Meet Michelle
Michelle is a dedicated entrepreneur, part-time jack of all trades, and full-time believer in building a better future for her family. She stepped into business ownership while creating stability and opportunity for the people who matter most to her.
With experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, Bookkeeper, and Payroll Processor, Michelle brings both precision and compassion to her work. Her diverse background allows her to understand people from multiple angles — whether they’re navigating personal credit challenges or managing the financial responsibilities of running a business.
Beyond her professional titles, Michelle is a proud stay-at-home mom to three children. Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship has shaped her approach: practical, organized, resilient, and deeply people-focused.
She understands that financial setbacks, business stress, and life responsibilities don’t happen in isolation — they’re personal. That’s why her mission is rooted in empathy, education, and real solutions.
Michelle doesn’t just offer services — she offers support, structure, and a path forward.
